After buying a property in Costa Blanca in Spain, we strongly recommend you insure it. According to Spanish law, home insurance is not compulsory. Still, given the peculiarities of life in this country and the high legal and financial responsibility for damage to neighbors' property, we advise you to take out an insurance policy for the property. The more it costs, the little money it is. Agree; no one can guarantee that your pipes will not burst and you will not flood your neighbors, or vice versa. The neighbors will not flood you.

We assist in insuring the property purchased through our agency.
